As with most of the screens within the Advantage Software the Demographic screen is completely customizable along with the information in the pull down lists. You can Add Fields, Tables and change the colors associated with the Fields. The information displayed on the bottom half of the screen can be changed by Log In ID so that each staff member can view, at a glance, the information pertinent to their specific duties.

Appointment Scheduling: Advantage Software offers one of the most flexible Appointment Scheduling systems available. Multiple views are available including, Daily Detail (pictured), Week at Glance, Office at a Glance (pictured) & Month at a Glance. Each appointment reason is determined by you and associated with a color code so you can quickly tell the appointment type. You can also set templates by Doctor ID to work according to a specific provider's schedule. Multiple Appointment Booking, Search for Next Available, Quick Quote, Waiting List, and the ability to schedule from any view are just a few of the features that will help to optimize your time and that of your staff's. General Ledger: Advantage Software Ledger entry screen streamlines the posting of payments and charges and is detailed enough to give you all of the information you need within a single click. The system automatically separates the Patient and Insurance responsible for each charge on-the-fly so you will always know what is expected from insurance. All Psych-related Diagnosis Codes come pre-loaded in the sytem. We also offer Line Item Distribution of payments.
