From the onset of your relationship with us, our Launch Manager focuses on making your business and data transition to the Advantage Software as smooth as possible so you can start reaping the benefits of your investment quickly.  Your Launch Manager will assist with the initial setup and installation of the software and will be supporting you responsively and proactively throughout the entire implementation and installation process.

Once the implementation and installation phase is complete, you will receive on-going and continuous technical support provided by a staff well versed in practice and office  management procedures, coding and billing.  Our staff is the best-trained in the business and we're extremely proud of their ability to respond and answer questions quickly, accurately and efficiently.  You will be in good hands for as long as you own and subscribe our product.  We guarantee it.
