Patient Demographic
Screen: The patient demographic screen is designed for entering Patient Data
quickly and accurately. As with most of the screens within the Advantage Software the
Demographic screen is completely customizable along with the information in the pull down
lists. You can Add Fields, Tables and change the colors associated with the
Fields. The information displayed on the
bottom half of the screen can be changed by Log In ID so that each staff
member can view, at a glance, the information pertinent to their specific duties. |

| Appointment
Scheduling: Advantage Software offers one of the most flexible Appointment
Scheduling systems available. Multiple views are available including, Daily Detail
(pictured), Week at Glance, Office at a Glance (pictured) & Month at a Glance.
Each appointment reason is determined by you and associated with a color code so you can
quickly tell the appointment type. You can also set templates by Doctor ID to
work according to a specific provider's schedule. Multiple Appointment
Booking, Search for Next Available, Quick Quote, Waiting List, and the ability to schedule
from any view are just a few of the features that will help to optimize your time and that
of your staff's.

General
Ledger: Advantage Software Ledger entry screen streamlines the posting
of payments and charges and is detailed enough to give you all of the
information you need within a single click. The system automatically separates the
Patient and Insurance responsible for each charge on-the- fly so you will always know what
is expected from insurance. All Chiropractic Diagnosis Codes come pre-loaded in
the sytem. We also offer Line Item Distribution of payments. Easy-to-read
Statements and Receipts can be printed from the ledger either to plain paper or
pre-printed forms.. |

Electronic Health Record:
The Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a very important piece to a fully integrated
practice management system. Within the EHR, you can track patients' progress, designate
specific problem areas, draw on the screen, and completely eliminate the need for
cumbersome paper charting. Data can be input by Tablet PC, Touch Screen, Voice
Recognition, or any other standard method. Most importantly, the screens are very easily
customized to your specific needs. If you choose to change configurations, add fields,
remove fields, or create your own EHR from scratch, it is very easily accomplished in our
system. Charges are sent to Billing with a single click, ensuring timely billing. The
system will also validate the claim information to make sure everything is properly
completed and ready and will not be rejected.
